Hotel Villa List - Sozopol

Loved the spacious room with an amazing sea view and the beautiful garden right by the beach. Breakfast had a decent variety, but could use a little more creativity.

Good and perfect breakfast with gorgeous fresh fruit, cakes, pastries, eggs and bacon.

Everything was second to none, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. On arrival the room was decent sized and lovely looking. The location of the hotel was excellent and lovely - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Amphitheatre Apoloniya.

The villa offers amazing views and is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh fruits and made-to-order pancakes (yum!).

service at reception could be improved.

The location is great - between the old and new town of Sozopol, so everything that there is to see is a waking distance away, including the beach. Nice staff, nice and clean room and overall great value for money.

The water in the inside pool is freezing cold.

Poor breakfast, the water in the inner swimming pool and jacuzzi was cold and couldn't be warmed, the fitness center was in the basement without any kind of ventilation, basicaly imposible to use, shared balcony, the parivate parking consisted in a few parking places in front of the hotel on the side walk, etremly poor WiFi internet.

Recommend it for families with kids

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the center and close to a beach, ideal for kids! The room was spacious with a nice sea view.

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable for what you get.

The hours of the swimming pool was not long enough,although understanding the restaurant next to it No rental towels for the pool, seemed irritating to buy one Strange to pay for the safe deposit box in the room

It was just a fine choice for a cursory stop in Sozopol with decent value for money. The bartenders at the pool bar served really good quality drinks, made our evenings enjoyable. Check the parking situation ahead of time to avoid surprises.

The room is very large and comfortably, breakfast is rich, position in the city.

Adding some olives at the breakfast would be welcome. In fact there are only three, or four parking places in the front of hotel, very insufficient for the hotel capacity.

The bathroom was clean, but not as one would expect from a 4 star hotel and it was not possible to take a shower without water getting (and staying) on the bathroom floor. Some of the amenities that we considered when choosing the hotel were not open/available at the time of our stay - the pool, jacuzzi etc. - and we only found out about this when arriving at the hotel.

Very nice views and a great spot right by the beach! The breakfast was varied, with lots of fresh fruits and savory options. Enjoyed the pool area, but it could be warmer.

The fridge didn't work, and reception could be friendlier.

The villa has a beautiful terrace restaurant and a cute lobby bar managed by a super enthusiastic staff, making every moment enjoyable.

Lekker spacey room with a fine sea view, brekkie was solid with all the finger-licking fresh fruits. Chommie at reception was super helpful!

Only downside was the no air-con in the room, it was a bit warm during the day.
